INFORMACJE DODATKOWE:
Brak krzeseł dla wystawców – prosimy o zabranie własnych.
Prosimy o wcześniejszą informację w przypadku własnych klatek.
Po przesłaniu zgłoszenia i umieszczeniu w katalogu (do dnia 18.01.2026) wystawca zobowiązany jest do uiszczenia opłaty za kota, bez względu na to, czy kot zostanie oceniony, czy będzie miał absencję / regulamin wystawowy FIFe - rozdz.1.15. pkt e/
Wystawa odbywa się zgodnie z regulaminem FIFe i FPL.
W czasie trwania wystawy obowiązuje zakaz sprzedaży kotów.
Miot nie może być gościem wystawy.
Dyplomy wydawane po zakończeniu panelu BIS. Nie opuszczamy wystawy przed jej zakończeniem, za wyjątkiem osób które opłacą tzw. „wczesne wyjście” prosimy o podanie nr klatki, przelew na konto cena 100zł.

ZASADY UCZESTNICTWA W WYSTAWIE:
Na terenie Wystawy mogą uczestniczyć tylko Koty, które ukończyły 4 miesiące życia, są umieszczone w Katalogu i przeszły kontrolę weterynaryjną. Zgodnie z obowiązującymi regulaminami FiFe i FPL przez cały czas trwania Wystawy Koty muszą przebywać w klatkach. Prośbę o ustalenie koloru prosimy składać w momencie zgłoszenia na Wystawę. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo korekty programu Wystawy. Niedozwolona jest sprzedaż Kotów podczas trwania wystawy. Wystawca sprzedający Koty na terenie wystawy zostanie z niej usunięty, a Kotom zostanie wpisana absencja (również w przypadku, gdy kot zostanie już oceniony).

WARUNKI WETERYNARYJNE:

1. Koty uczestniczące w Wystawie muszą być zachipowane (dotyczy także miotów), zdrowe, wolne od chorób zakaźnych i pasożytniczych. Nie muszą posiadać zaświadczeń o stanie zdrowia od weterynarza
2. Wystawca musi posiadać dla każdego kota książeczkę zdrowia lub paszport.
3. Obowiązkowe są szczepienia przeciwko herpeswirozie, kaliciwirozie i panleukopenii dokonane nie wcześniej niż 2 lata i nie później niż 15 dni przed Wystawą. Kocięta (Miot) muszą być zaszczepione minimum dwa razy na choroby wirusowe, wtórne szczepienie nie później niż 15 dni przed Wystawą.
4. Szczepienia przeciwko wściekliźnie obowiązują dla Kotów z zagranicy oraz Polski z terenów zagrożonych wścieklizną.
5. Koty białe, muszą posiadać atest słuchowy (Reg. Wystawowy FIFe art.15).
6. Wystawiane koty muszą mieć skrócone pazurki. (Reg. Wystawowy FIFe 3.4).
7. Jeśli w trakcie przyjmowania kota na wystawę, bądź w trakcie wystawy, lekarz weterynarii stwierdzi objawy chorobowe u Kota, taki Kot razem z innymi Kotami należącymi do danego Wystawcy, zostaje natychmiast usunięty z hali wystawowej. (Regulamin Wystawowy FIFe 3.

Payment by bank transfer before the closing date of entries.
An administrative surcharge of 15 EUR per exhibitor applies for payments made after the closing of entries (date of transfer applies).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • No chairs provided for exhibitors – please bring your own.

  • Please inform the organizer in advance if you intend to use your own cages.

  • After submitting the entry and inclusion in the catalogue (by 18.01.2026), the exhibitor is obliged to pay the entry fee for the cat, regardless of whether the cat is judged or absent (FIFe Show Rules, section 1.15, point e).

  • The show is held in accordance with FIFe and FPL regulations.

  • Sale of cats during the show is strictly prohibited.

  • A litter cannot be entered as a guest.

  • Diplomas are issued after the BIS panel.

  • Exhibitors must not leave the show before its official end, except for those who have paid the so-called “early exit” fee. Please provide the cage number and make a bank transfer.
    Cost: 100 PLN / 30 EUR.

 

PARTICIPATION RULES:

Only cats that are at least 4 months old, listed in the catalogue, and have passed the veterinary inspection may participate in the Show. According to FIFe and FPL regulations, cats must remain in cages throughout the entire Show. Requests for color determination should be submitted at the time of entry. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the show program. The sale of cats during the Show is prohibited. Any exhibitor selling cats at the Show will be removed, and the cats will be marked as absent (even if they have already been judged).

 

VETERINARY CONDITIONS:

  1. All cats must be microchipped (including litters), healthy, and free from infectious and parasitic diseases. No veterinary health certificate is required.

  2. The exhibitor must have a health booklet or passport for each cat.

  3. Mandatory vaccinations against herpesvirus, calicivirus, and panleukopenia must have been administered no earlier than 2 years and no later than 15 days before the Show. Kittens (litters) must be vaccinated at least twice against viral diseases, with the second vaccination no later than 15 days before the Show.

  4. Rabies vaccination is mandatory for cats from abroad and for cats from rabies-risk areas in Poland.

  5. White cats must have a hearing certificate (FIFe Show Rules, art. 15).

  6. Cats must have their claws trimmed (FIFe Show Rules 3.4).

  7. If, during admission or the Show, the veterinarian finds symptoms of illness in a cat, that cat and all other cats belonging to the same exhibitor will be immediately removed from the exhibition hall (FIFe Show Rules 3).
